About P3D Works\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      P3D Works is an online marketplace that connects people who need 3D printed items\n      (\"Buyers\") with independent 3D printing service providers (\"Sellers\") across Australia.\n      The Platform is operated by P3D Works Pty Ltd (ACN 700 291 701, ABN 91 700 291 701), a company registered\n      in Australia and trading as P3D Works (\"P3D Works\", \"we\", \"us\", or \"our\").\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      References to \"Members\" in these Terms means both Buyers and Sellers. References to\n      \"you\" means the Member reading these Terms.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"accepting\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">2. Accepting These Terms\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      By creating a P3D Works account, browsing the Platform, posting a print request,\n      submitting a quote, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our\n      \u003Ca class=\"text-blue-600 hover:underline\" href=\"\u002Fprivacy\">Privacy Policy\u003C\u002Fa>.\n      If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you\n      confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into\n      binding contracts.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you are\n      authorised to bind that business to these Terms.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"account\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">3. Your Account\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Maintain the security of your password and not share it with anyone.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Promptly notify us at \u003Ca class=\"text-blue-600 hover:underline\" href=\"mailto:support@print3d.works\">support@print3d.works\u003C\u002Fa> if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Be responsible for activity under your account to the extent it results from your failure to keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Not create more than one personal account, or create an account for anyone other than yourself.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Not transfer your account to any other person.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or that\n      infringe another party's intellectual property rights.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"venue\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">4. P3D Works as a Venue\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      P3D Works is a marketplace platform. Except where an item or quote is clearly marked as\n      offered by P3D Works or an Official seller account operated by us, the contract for the\n      printed item is between the Buyer and the Seller. Third-party Sellers are independent\n      businesses or individuals, not employees or agents of P3D Works.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      For a third-party Seller's item, the Seller is responsible for the item, its description,\n      safety, delivery and any applicable consumer guarantees. Where P3D Works supplies an item\n      itself, P3D Works is the supplier and is responsible for its obligations under the Australian\n      Consumer Law. We do not inspect or guarantee third-party Seller items merely because they\n      are offered through the Platform.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">However, P3D Works does:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Provide a payment processing service that holds Buyer funds until order completion.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Operate a dispute resolution service to assist Members who cannot resolve issues directly.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Establish and enforce Community Standards to maintain the quality and safety of the marketplace.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Investigate reported violations and take enforcement action where appropriate.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"buying\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">5. Buying on P3D Works\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>When you post a print request or purchase a listing, you agree to:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Provide accurate specifications, dimensions, and requirements for your print job.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Pay the full quoted price, including shipping, at checkout.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Confirm delivery promptly and honestly once your item arrives.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Raise any disputes within 30 days of the delivery date.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Not misuse the dispute process or make false claims about items received.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Payments are processed by Stripe. For third-party Seller orders, P3D Works releases the\n      Seller payout after the order meets the applicable completion requirements, unless the order\n      is disputed, refunded, cancelled or subject to a fraud or chargeback investigation. This\n      payout process is not a limitation on your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      P3D Works does not guarantee that a print request will receive quotes, or that a\n      quoted order will be completed within any particular timeframe unless explicitly agreed\n      with your Seller.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"selling\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">6. Selling on P3D Works\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      By enabling seller features on your account, you agree to these additional obligations. As a\n      Seller you agree to:\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Only offer items you are legally able to produce and sell in Australia.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Provide accurate, honest descriptions and turnaround estimates in your quotes and listings.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Fulfil orders to the standard described in your quotes and listings.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Provide a tracking number and progress photographs before marking an order as shipped.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Respond to Buyer messages and P3D Works support requests promptly.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Maintain appropriate equipment and skills to fulfil orders you accept.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Comply with all applicable Australian laws, including those relating to product safety, consumer rights, and taxation.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Meet any consumer guarantees that apply to your supply, and not make misleading claims about an item, its materials, quality, safety, fitness for purpose, delivery time or price.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Use a Buyer's name and address only to fulfil the relevant order, keep it secure, and not use it for marketing or disclose it to another person except a carrier as needed to deliver the order.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Promptly cooperate with a safety investigation, recall, IP complaint, consumer claim or lawful request for information relating to an order.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Report your earnings and pay any applicable taxes — P3D Works does not withhold tax on your behalf.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the items they\n      produce and the accuracy of their listings and quotes.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"fees\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">7. Fees and Payments\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      P3D Works charges the Seller a platform fee of \u003Cstrong>5.5%\u003C\u002Fstrong>\n      on each completed order. The applicable platform fee and whether postage is included in\n      its calculation are shown to the Seller before the Seller submits the quote and are locked\n      when the Buyer begins payment. Sellers also bear the Stripe processing fee shown in their payout estimate.\n      There are no listing fees or subscription fees for standard membership.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Payments are processed by Stripe. By using the Platform, you agree to\n      \u003Ca class=\"text-blue-600 hover:underline\" href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fstripe.com\u002Fau\u002Flegal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stripe's Terms of Service\u003C\u002Fa>.\n      P3D Works does not store payment card details.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      P3D Works may modify fees prospectively with at least 30 days' notice to active Sellers.\n      A change will not alter the fee for an order already accepted.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"content\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">8. Your Content\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      \"Content\" means any information, text, images, 3D model files, or other material you\n      upload, post, or transmit on or through the Platform.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading or posting Content, you grant\n      P3D Works a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, scan, display,\n      transmit and use that Content solely to operate and improve the Platform and fulfil the\n      purpose for which you submitted it. For a request or accepted order, this includes allowing\n      relevant Sellers to inspect, technically prepare or slice the model, manufacture the requested\n      item and ship it to you. This licence ends when we delete the Content, subject to necessary\n      backup, legal, safety, dispute and record-keeping retention.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">You represent and warrant that:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>You own all Content you upload, or have the necessary licences and rights to upload it.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Your Content does not contain malware, unlawful material, or material that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Any 3D model files you upload do not contain or reproduce designs that are protected by third-party patents, design rights, or copyright, unless you have permission.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      You are solely responsible for the Content you upload. Our file scanning or moderation does\n      not confirm that Content is safe, accurate, legal, fit for a particular purpose, or free from\n      third-party rights. P3D Works may remove or restrict Content where reasonably necessary to\n      address an infringement, safety, legal or Platform risk. We will ordinarily give notice and\n      an opportunity to respond where practical, but may act immediately where required to protect\n      people, comply with law or prevent further harm.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"ip\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">9. Intellectual Property\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      \u003Cstrong>P3D Works intellectual property.\u003C\u002Fstrong> The P3D Works name, logo,\n      website design, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by\n      P3D Works Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding\n      without prior written permission.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      \u003Cstrong>Third-party intellectual property.\u003C\u002Fstrong> You must not upload, request, or\n      produce items that infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. This\n      includes but is not limited to: copyrighted characters, designs, or artworks; patented\n      items; or registered trade marks. P3D Works will respond to valid takedown notices\n      under applicable Australian intellectual property laws.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      \u003Cstrong>Copyright reports.\u003C\u002Fstrong> To report a copyright infringement, email\n      \u003Ca class=\"text-blue-600 hover:underline\" href=\"mailto:support@print3d.works\">support@print3d.works\u003C\u002Fa>\n      with the subject \"Copyright Notice\" and sufficient detail to identify the infringing\n      content and establish your ownership of the relevant rights. We may notify the uploader and\n      allow a response or counter-notice where appropriate. Repeated or serious infringement may\n      result in suspension or termination.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"prohibited\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">10. Prohibited Items and Conduct\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>The following are prohibited on P3D Works. This list is not exhaustive.\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3 font-medium text-gray-800\">Prohibited items:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-1 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Weapons, weapon components, or items designed to cause bodily harm (including but not limited to firearms, firearms components, knives intended as weapons, or tasers).\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Items that infringe any patent, copyright, registered design, or trade mark.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Counterfeit goods or replicas of branded products presented as genuine.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Items that are illegal to manufacture, sell, or possess in Australia.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Items containing hazardous materials not disclosed to the Buyer.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Drug paraphernalia.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3 font-medium text-gray-800\">Prohibited conduct:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-1 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Members.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Attempting to circumvent the Platform to transact with another Member outside of P3D Works in order to avoid fees.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Manipulating or falsifying reviews or ratings.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting your identity.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Scraping, data-mining, or automated access to the Platform without our written consent.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Platform.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Posting spam or unsolicited commercial messages to other Members.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Violations may result in suspension or termination. We may place a temporary hold on a payout\n      only where reasonably necessary to investigate a suspected breach, fraud, chargeback, safety\n      issue or legal claim. We will give notice and an opportunity to respond where practical, and\n      will release any undisputed amount when the reason for the hold no longer applies.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"privacy\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">11. Privacy\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      Your privacy matters to us. Our\n      \u003Ca class=\"text-blue-600 hover:underline\" href=\"\u002Fprivacy\">Privacy Policy\u003C\u002Fa>\n      explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the\n      \u003Cem>Privacy Act 1988\u003C\u002Fem> (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using the\n      Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our\n      Privacy Policy.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"disputes\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">12. Disputes Between Members\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      We encourage Members to resolve disputes directly in the first instance. If you cannot\n      reach a resolution, you may open a dispute through the Platform within 30 days of\n      the delivery date. This is P3D Works' internal mediation timeframe only; it does not\n      limit any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">When a dispute is opened, P3D Works will:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Notify both parties and invite them to provide evidence.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Review the evidence submitted by both sides in good faith.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Make a determination that may include issuing a full or partial refund to the Buyer, releasing funds to the Seller, or taking other action we consider appropriate.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      P3D Works's dispute determination is final within the Platform. It does not affect\n      either party's rights under Australian law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      P3D Works may be unable to determine a dispute caused by an event outside our control,\n      such as a carrier delay or damage in transit. That does not remove any right a Buyer may\n      have against the relevant supplier or carrier under applicable law.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"refunds\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">13. Refunds\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      The Platform's dispute process is intended to help Members resolve issues while P3D Works\n      still controls the relevant funds. A Buyer may also contact the Seller directly to seek a\n      remedy. For an item supplied by P3D Works, contact us directly. Nothing in this section\n      limits consumer guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Before you complete payment:\u003C\u002Fstrong> a quote is not accepted and no confirmed order exists; if the payment attempt is cancelled or expires, no amount is payable and the request may reopen for another quote.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Before payout:\u003C\u002Fstrong> if the Seller cannot complete the order, or a Platform dispute is resolved in your favour, P3D Works may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method, including postage where appropriate.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>After payout:\u003C\u002Fstrong> P3D Works may no longer control the Seller's funds. You may seek a remedy directly from the Seller, and P3D Works may assist with information reasonably needed for that claim.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Change of mind:\u003C\u002Fstrong> we do not offer change-of-mind refunds for custom-printed items. This does not limit rights where an item or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and whether a failure is major or minor.\n      For a major failure with goods, a consumer may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement;\n      for a minor failure, the supplier may be entitled to repair, replace or refund within a\n      reasonable time. Refunds processed by P3D Works are returned to the original payment method\n      and may take 5–10 business days to appear.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"termination\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">14. Termination\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      \u003Cstrong>Termination by you.\u003C\u002Fstrong> You may close your account at any time by\n      contacting \u003Ca class=\"text-blue-600 hover:underline\" href=\"mailto:support@print3d.works\">support@print3d.works\u003C\u002Fa>.\n      Account closure does not cancel any orders in progress or affect any outstanding\n      legal obligations.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      \u003Cstrong>Termination by us.\u003C\u002Fstrong> We may suspend or permanently close your account\n      at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Violated these Terms or any of our policies.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Repeatedly received sustained negative feedback or dispute outcomes.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Created risk or legal exposure for P3D Works or other Members.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Where practical, we will give prior notice of account suspension and an opportunity to\n      respond before a permanent closure, unless we determine that immediate action is\n      necessary to protect Members or the integrity of the Platform.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9,\n      14, 15, and 18 of these Terms survive termination.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"liability\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">15. Limitation of Liability\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>To the maximum extent permitted by law:\u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>For third-party Seller items, P3D Works is not responsible for the Seller's acts or omissions, including item quality, safety or legality, except to the extent P3D Works is responsible under applicable law or for its own services or conduct.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>P3D Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Subject to section 17, P3D Works's total aggregate liability for losses not arising from a non-excludable right is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to P3D Works in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) AUD $100.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Nothing in these Terms limits P3D Works's liability for fraud, death, or personal\n      injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under\n      applicable law.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"indemnification\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">16. Indemnification\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P3D Works, its officers,\n      directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses,\n      liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Your material breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Platform.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Your Content, including any claim that your Content infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Your violation of these Terms.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of another person.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"acl\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">17. Australian Consumer Law\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under\n      the \u003Cem>Competition and Consumer Act 2010\u003C\u002Fem> (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law,\n      or other consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement. Consumer\n      guarantees may apply to goods and services supplied by a Seller or P3D Works, depending on\n      the circumstances. Where a law permits a limitation of P3D Works' liability for a guarantee\n      relating to our services or direct sales, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted\n      by that law, and not otherwise, to:\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>In the case of goods: replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of replacing, repairing, or acquiring equivalent goods.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>In the case of services: resupplying the services, or paying the cost of having the services resupplied.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"changes\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">18. Changes to These Terms\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify\n      you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, publish the new version and update the\n      effective date. A change will apply prospectively and will not alter an order already accepted\n      or a payout already accrued, unless required by law or necessary to address fraud, safety or\n      a legal obligation.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes\n      your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop\n      using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      For significant changes, we may require you to actively accept the new Terms before\n      continuing to use the Platform.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection id=\"governing\">\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">19. Governing Law and Disputes\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
