We collect a seller's legal or trading name, ABN, GST registration, business address, no-ABN declaration and ABN-validation metadata where they use the seller tax-profile feature. How We Use Your Information\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>To create and secure accounts, provide customer support, and operate, improve and protect the marketplace.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>To match buyers and sellers, manage requests, quotes, orders, shipping, disputes, ratings and refunds.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>To process payments, seller onboarding and payouts through Stripe, and meet accounting, tax, audit and legal obligations.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>To send service and transactional communications, and send optional marketplace notifications or marketing only in accordance with your preferences and applicable law.\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>To scan uploads for malware, investigate misuse or fraud, enforce our terms and protect users and the Platform.\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      We collect most information directly from you when you register, complete your profile,\n      save an address, upload a file, create a request or listing, submit a quote, place an\n      order, contact us or change your preferences. We also collect technical information\n      automatically when you use the Platform, and receive authentication information from\n      Auth0 and enabled social-login providers and payment\u002Fonboarding information from Stripe.\n      Account details are needed to create and secure an account; delivery information is needed\n      to ship an order; and payment or seller-onboarding information is needed to buy or sell\n      through the Platform. Optional public-profile fields (such as display name, profile image,\n      bio and state), address autocomplete and optional notifications are not required, although\n      choosing not to provide information may mean a related feature is not available.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection>\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">4. Sharing Your Information\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      We share only what is reasonably necessary for the purposes above. A buyer's name and\n      delivery address are made available to the fulfilling seller only after payment has cleared,\n      through an authenticated shipping-label download for the order. Sellers must use this information\n      only to fulfil the order. Buyers may see the seller's public profile and shipping\u002Ftracking information.\n      We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to our service providers,\n      professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law,\n      and a purchaser of our business where permitted by law.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n    \u003Cul class=\"list-disc pl-5 mt-2 space-y-1\">\n      \u003Cli>Stripe — payment processing, Connect seller onboarding and payouts\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Australian Business Register \u002F ABN Lookup — seller ABN validation, using the ABN supplied by the seller\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Amazon Web Services, including Amazon SES and CloudFront — hosting, storage, security scanning and email delivery\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Auth0 — account authentication and, if enabled, Google or Facebook social sign-in\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Google Maps Platform — address-autocomplete queries and selected-place details when you choose to use autocomplete\u003C\u002Fli>\n      \u003Cli>Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager — campaign and website-usage analytics when you visit the Platform\u003C\u002Fli>\n    \u003C\u002Ful>\n    \u003Cp class=\"mt-3\">\n      Some providers may receive or process information outside Australia, including in the United\n      States and other countries where they or their authorised subprocessors operate. We will maintain\n      a provider and data-location register, update this policy before enabling a provider or feature\n      that materially changes overseas disclosures, and take reasonable steps to use providers with\n      appropriate privacy and security safeguards.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection>\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">5. Data Retention\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      We retain account information while your account is active and then only as needed for the\n      purposes above. You can delete saved addresses in the Platform; deleted addresses are removed\n      from active use. Buyer and sender addresses are removed from the live order record 30 days after\n      delivery, including if an order is later disputed. Order, payment, dispute, security and accounting records may be retained\n      for at least 5 years, and invoice records may be retained for up to 7 years, to meet tax,\n      audit, legal and dispute obligations. Uploaded model files are automatically deleted after\n      5 years; security-quarantine copies expire much sooner. Backups and records that we must retain\n      may persist for a limited period after an account-deletion request.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection>\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">6. Your Rights\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete\n      information where we no longer need or are not required to retain it. We may need to verify your\n      identity before responding. We aim to respond within 30 days. Cookies\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      We use essential browser storage and cookies to operate the Platform, including to maintain\n      login state and remember a request-form preference. Google Analytics 4 loads through Google\n      Tag Manager when you visit the Platform. Google may set or read analytics\n      cookies and process campaign parameters, device and usage information to help us understand\n      campaign and website performance. You can limit analytics using your browser's cookie and\n      privacy controls or a content blocker; doing so does not affect core Platform functionality.\n    \u003C\u002Fp>\n  \u003C\u002Fsection>\n\n  \u003Csection>\n    \u003Ch2 class=\"text-lg font-semibold text-gray-900 mb-3\">8. Changes to This Policy\u003C\u002Fh2>\n    \u003Cp>\n      We may update this policy as our practices or the law changes.
